We just want to provide a short guide what to do in such cases: if you do not see the license email the day you paid for it, first check the SPAM folder and other folders in your email box, then write to our support team at support@genery.com. We always react as quickly as possible to such issues. If you do not receive an answer from us within 24 hours after writing to support, please, write us again using an alternative email address or specify the alternative email in your message. The issue can be connected with impossibility to deliver the email to your address.
