Invalid backup ZIP file

Hello,
I have tried extracting the files from backup ZIP, but I always get error message, that the files inside are damaged and CRC is invalid.
I am using WinRAR and this issue is connected only with Agelong Tree v.5. The backup files from version 4 are OK
During the backup process in Agelong Tree 5 I get no error information at all.

EDIT:
Just for information. The size of the backup file is about 8 GB
If I create ZIP from another AgeLong database and files (about 1,6 GB), ZIP file is correct.
If I create ZIP file manualy from another application (WinRAR, 7zip etc), ZIP file is also correct.

I have made some testing and it seems to me, that the application generates invalid backup ZIP file in the case the size is bigger than 5 GB.
Is it possible to solve this issue?

You can make ZIP archives using Windows Explorer, I'm afraid this is the only solution currently available.

I am very sorry for my next question, but what does the "next major release" means? Version 5.2 or even 6? When it will be out?
I would expect that this issue is quite critical and should be repaired as soon as possible (esspecially for paying users).
I found the corrupted backups only by chance and would be very unpleasant to find it out when I realy need it due to data loss.

Agelong Tree 5 is a 32-bit application, this is the reason of the problem. It can't be switched to 64-bit immediately.

I understand, but what about adding possibility to divide larger backup files? It would solve the problem, does not it?
Or another option: Would be nice to call external compression application (user defined).

I am very sorry, but I would like to ask you if you are going to solve this problem in the near future. According to my opinion the problem is quite serious and can cause a huge problems especially to less experienced users. Not to mention that it realy reduces usability of the application.
I understand that it is connected with 32-bit platform, but the solution could be a calling the external application which creates the zip archive (there is plenty of open source software) or force the AgeLong Tree backup routine to divide the archives to smaller parts. Or, at worst case, add at least warning, that the big backup file can be damaged.

I am sorry for my impatience, but it is three weeks more and no solution. I am not sure, what is it to think about in this case. There is the problem, so it should be solved. As soon, as possible. The promises and short answers (not only to "my" issue") do not seem very trustworthy.

I am a paying custommer and I realy love your piece of software, but I would like to know, how it is with the developement and future of AgeLong Tree? Is it just your hobby project or serious, profesional development? If the first option is true, I understand that you do not react fast enough for the reqeusts of your customers, but I would like to know that, to eventually find any more reliable solution.
If the true is the second option, I would realy expect profesionall support with the faster reaction for custommers requests and more frequent program updates (especially bug repairs).
